We will be selling the following Ediphone Cylinders as a lot. They all are in the Original Boxes and Cardboard Box.

27    1.  A telephone conversation about delivery of a recording machine, a trip to Washington, etc. At the end, the caller

            Mentions That the call is being recorded as a demonstration. Markings on the cylinder: SGL - CH; WLH-CH. May

            1929. WLH Apparently refers to Ward Harris.   E-- (scuffs, surface mildew spots)

        2.  Blank cylinder. Markings on the cylinder indicate it may have been a test cylinder.   E-- (surface/mildew spots on

            ends)

        3.  Original slip reads: 12/30/37. Sent to Ward Harris, 519 Market Street, SFO by the Atwell Co. (Ediphone distributors),

            30 Federal Street, Boston, Mass. This cylinder, from the Ediphone distributor in Boston to a client in San Franccisco,

            begins: ÒHello California, land of sunshine. This is New England talking.Ó It ends with ÒMerry Christmas from the

            Atwell gangÓ.   E-- (small mold spots)

        4.  Slip reads ÒWorld War #2. From Paris.Ó It is extremely faint, but appears to be a church service (there is brief choral

            singing). Possibly from radio?   V+ (light mold spots/surface mildew spots?)
