Phone Inquiries: Inquiries can be made by phone any time before the closing, Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm EST. I do not encourage phone bidding on the closing night. Phone calls on the closing night mainly gives the bidder that last chance to check his/her bids. I will be available on the closing night from 7 p.m. - 11 p.m. EST. Please remember that the final results are based on any mail that is received and postmarked on or before the closing.

How To Bid: This auction is a blind bid system. The bidder should bid what they feel the worth of the record is or should be. I DO NOT do the 10% system as some other auctions do, however, if there is a significant difference between the winning bid and the next highest bid, I will make an adjustment. Please DO NOT place a bid with this in mind. Also note that many items will sell for much more than their minimums. Please bid by Lot #, Label # and Artist. Bidding can be done by US Mail, Fax or e-mail. If bids are sent by e-mail, I will confirm that bids have been received. If you do not get a confirmation that e-mail bids were received, assume that they were not received.

Invoicing: Successful bidders only will be notified. Invoices are usually sent out about 10 days after the auction closes. This will allow for all bids postmarked by the deadline.

Payments: All payments are due within thirty days following receipt of the invoice. Should your winnings go beyond your budget, a payment schedule can be arranged. DO NOT BID if you have no intention of paying for your wins, no matter what the amount. This is unfair to those who honor their bids. Also, remember I have been in this business for 30 years, and know many of the record auctioneers. I will share the names of dead-beats. We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), and payment may also be made by check, US Postal Money Order or the sender may send cash (which should be sent via certified or registered mail). For international bidders, the forms of payment we would prefer are Credit Card, an International Postal Money Order, or a Bank Money Order drawn on a U. S. Bank. Non-payment will result in permanent removal from our list.

Shipping: All records will be sent through the US Post Office unless another form is requested. Please expect at least 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.

NJ Residents: New Jersey residents, 7% sales tax needs to be added to each order.

Prices Realized List: A prices realized list is available upon request for a fee of $2.00.
